Ideal for short business trips and for couples. Very popular as an alternative for standard hotel rooms. All the apartments are equipped with double bed, TV set, bathroom, kitchen. The rates vary from 65 to 100 USD.

2-room apartments
Consist of a bedroom and a sitting room. Some of them have kitchen-studio. Rarely they have 2 bedrooms (i.e. # 0101). They are popular with businessmen, frequent travelers who like comfort, and families. The rates are from 70 to 140 USD.

3-room apartments
Usually they consist of 2 bedrooms and a sitting room. Perfect for large families, 2 friends or couples traveling together and each preferring a separate bedroom. The rates vary from 120 to 300 USD.
