" As a seasoned traveler to the Former Soviet Union and Kiev Ukraine in particular, I highly recommend Alexander Radich and his company Stay in Ukraine for all of your travel needs. I have utilized Alexander’s services twice now and will do so again in the future. Alexander is a professional, always accessible by phone or email and most importantly, he is very reliable. Simply put, you can depend on him to be there when you need him. The apartments he provides are clean, modern and well maintained. During my time in these apartments, I have not encountered any technical problems or difficulties, including the availability of hot water. In addition, Alexander’s apartments are conveniently located to both metro stations and to Kreshatik, the main boulevard in Kiev. Alexander also provides a suite of other services including airport and train station transfers, guided tours and language interpretation, all for a reasonable fee. Although there are others who provide similar services in Kiev, what separates Alexander from his competitors is the personal attention he gives to his clients and also his attention to detail. I will never forget the first time I met Alexander in the airport in Kiev. I had brought along with me a cell phone I purchased over the Internet from Ukraine. Alexander helped me buy the necessary components to make the phone work properly, put them together, showed me how to use it and then tested everything by calling me from his phone. He did not charge me anything for this either, he just wanted to help. To me, it is the little things that matter and Alexander shines in this regard of customer service. Therefore, during your next stay in Kiev, I recommend you to use Alexander for your travel needs. You can feel comfortable knowing that you will be well taken care of. "

"Mr. Alexander Radich's faithfulness saved me from a real catastrophe. My flight arrived an hour late at the airport and my luggage was missing. To my horror, I realized that I had Mr. Radich's phone number in one of the missing suitcases. And it took an extra hour to fill out the forms at customs for the missing luggage. I figured for sure that Mr. Radich would have given up on me and I would be stranded at the airport with no way to contact him. But to my delight, he was standing right there when I exited customs. Faithfulness and service like that is hard to come by!"

"Our accommodations in Kyiv were perfect. The apartment was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five. It was beautifully decorated, new looking and clean. We were steps away from the Volodymyrskyi rynok (a bustling open-air market, which was very handy for picking up some breakfast provisions) and within walking distance of the metro. We also appreciated the pick-up at the train station and the drop off at the airport. Alexander and Kyryl were always accessible to us -answering our questions by email when we were planning our trip and by cell phone while in Kyiv. Thank you for making our stay in Kyiv so memorable!
